Foundry

There are 24 automatic machines of FRECH Company for pressure die casting of zinc alloy with closing power from 75 to 2200 kN in the foundry. Big machines are equipped with manipulators from ABB company, which take the cast our and put it into the cutting machine.

During all activities we emphasize quality. Quality of used alloy is watched carefully both during input and process of casting. Examples of melt are taken directly from casting machines and send to accredited laboratory to controlling analysis. We also regularly check the temperature of melt in the casting machines. Qualified workers, who passed both internal and French company training, look after the machines and moulds.

Our workshop for moulds maintenance is equipped with all basic machine tools including a machine for electro-spark machining and ultrasonic cleaner of moulds. Quality of casts is permanently checked in accordance with checking plans by machine operators and check inspectors. SPC programme for statistical process regulation is used for quality evaluation.
